I’m Denise Laudadio, founder of Little Yellow Bungalow ~ a brand born from vision and heart. I launched LYB with a clear purpose: to create the kind of online boutique I wished existed — one where quality isn’t questionable, shipping isn’t a waiting game, and the experience, from selection to delivery, is crafted to exceed expectations. LYB doesn’t deal in white label pieces shipped from overseas with vague timelines and cookie-cutter designs. Every item in the shop is intentionally selected for its craftsmanship, aesthetic, and that unmistakable standout energy. Fast, free shipping is standard. And the standout quality of our pieces needs no introduction.
But the truth is, that’s only part of the story.
This boutique wasn’t just born from a business idea — it came from something much deeper. I started Little Yellow Bungalow because I knew I couldn’t keep living on autopilot. I found myself entangled in a system built around routines and expectations that didn’t resonate with my spirit. I was working, surviving, but not really living. Something inside me kept whispering: “Follow your own path.”
That voice got louder, and I listened.
Starting this brand was my way of breaking out of the matrix — stepping away from what I was “supposed” to do and choosing something aligned with who I really am. I was ready to focus my energy on building my own path. I wanted to build something that reflected me — my taste, my creativity, my values.
And above all else, I wanted to make my daughter proud.
I want her to grow up seeing that it’s possible to walk a road less ordinary, guided by your own vision — to trust her intuition, learn from setbacks, and keep moving forward with confidence.
I want her to know that you can create a life that feels meaningful — not just one that checks boxes.
